Holly is the Owner and Chief
Operations Officer of SAGE Black, delivering high value procedures by managing all
financial, accounting and employee operations and is responsible for governmental compliance
Prior to SAGE Black, Holly excelled as a CPA with a background of 20+ years
in public accounting, including experience in auditing engagements, corporate, partnership and
taxation services and accounting system consulting.
Holly is a tennis enthusiast, and enjoys spending time in the Colorado
outdoors hiking and skiing. She is a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother who loves spending
time with her adult children and grandsons.
Paul is the Founder and President of
SAGE Black. He coordinates and contributes to all aspects
of the business from business strategy and customer engagement to team growth and
development. He is passionate about our team, our customers and our country we serve.
Paul’s entrepreneurial yet conservative business approach, passion to
develop high performance teams and his years of consulting experience including 17 years at
Oracle, USA provided a foundation to start SAGE Black. His simple approach is to build a
business where excellent people can do excellent work. SAGE Black’s ability to attract
excellent team members has established SAGE Black as a trusted service provider with top quality
talent and services and an attitude that creates a win-win- win for their clients, team and
A dedicated husband, father and grandfather, Paul loves his family. He grew
up in a small town in Oklahoma, graduated with a B. S. in Mechanical Engineering from OU (Go
Sooners!) and married the love of his life, Holly. He works hard to live a life founded on his
faith and values.
Sean is engaged with our Team as an
organizational leader with nearly 20 years of experience in DoD and Intelligence
Analytic Software strategy. His focus on organizational dynamics that are tuned to our
customers’ successful mission execution has been key in developing SAGE Black’s industry
reputation as a scalable, cross-functional mission partner. Sean’s demonstrated ability
to engage our Team through mutual commitment and a genuine, vested interest in their
success has proven to be an important part of creating a long-term, sustainable growth
pattern at SAGE Black.
During his free time, Sean enjoys spending time with his family on the slopes and
in the rivers of the Colorado Rockies.
Patrick combines SAGE Black’s
vision and team capabilities with our customers’
vision and requirements to create and execute a comprehensive training and personnel
development platform for the SAGE Black team members.
Patrick is a former Air Force Communications Officer,
bringing 35 years of knowledge across a wide spectrum of leadership and technical
experiences to the SAGE Black Team. He spent the last 5 years of his military career
teaching at the United States Air Force Academy.
He is married and has three children. On his down time,
Patrick enjoys photography, computers, motorcycles, and traveling.
Brea performs a wide variety of foundational
administrative work including assistance to the President and Vice President, and inclusive
support in the Talent Acquisition, Business Development and Human Resources sectors of SAGE Black.
Her background includes a combination of 13 years in customer service, business
administration and management, and event coordinating. She graduated from Metropolitan State
of Denver with a Bachelor of Science degree in business management.
As a proud Colorado native Brea naturally enjoys being outdoors, spending time with
her husband Erik and her daughter and traveling to beautiful destinations.
As a Founder, Chairman, CEO and
Board member with two NYSE, NASDAQ companies and five start-ups
his experiences taught him that the mentor role was a critical element to growth
and success. Bruce’s twenty-four corporate years with Xerox, Exxon and
Businessland provided the business process development and mentoring skills that enabled him
to develop and excel as a field and corporate executive.
His training and certification with Vistage International’s CEO
development program provided him with process and mentoring skills necessary to contribute to the
career development and business success of executives requiring both personal and
Bruce leverages his significant success and his serial entrepreneur
start-up experience to provide SAGE Black vision and direction. Every team needs a captain.
